Mission Statement

Is to share our conviction  that Self-Defense and Fitness are as much about preparing for life, as about building a stronger body. Physical action and emotional strength can be a catalyst for empowerment and positive change. The mind and body work together to conquer internal conflict's that impede personal performance and expand ones awareness of there daily environment. We believe that most battles are fought within and by that acknowledgement one can begin to develop more discipline and purpose in their life.

Cardio Self-Defense   is a "Total Body" workout inspired by proven methods of high intensity interval and core body training that is the backbone of fighters, athletes, police and military. The CSD twelve week program emphasizes cardio and strength conditioning with self-defense tactics called the "Tool Box".

Cardio Self-Defense "Tool Box" teaches you how to Box, Kick, Use Elbows, Knees, and Defense techniques reinforced with a fat burning intensity . CSD combines our "Tool Box" with Strength and Tone circuit training   tracked weekly by our "SMART" journal system. The CSD "SMART" journal program enables you track your progress on a weekly basis and set new goals . 

The Cardio Self Defense  approach is that one has to measure there efforts to maintain a "road map" for success. Unlike typical aerobic classes Cardio Self-Defense pushes you to measure your progress weekly, helping make you more accountable to achieving the goals you have chosen. We believe by tracking the progress to your time and effort you will develop an increased conditioning and fat loss in an accelerated time frame.

Cardio Self-Defense  is for everyone. Training is meant to be fun, always at ones own pace, and is never forced but, you are always encouraged to be your best. This class is perfect for men and women who enjoy working out to music, and want great fun while learning self-defense skills in a group fitness environment.
