The CSD twelve week program emphasizes cardio and strength conditioning with self-defense tactics called the "Tool Box".
Cardio Self-Defense "Tool Box" teaches you how to Box, Kick, Use Elbows, Knees, and Defense techniques reinforced with a fat burning intensity . CSD combines our "Tool Box" with Strength and Tone circuit training tracked weekly by our "SMART" journal system. The CSD "SMART" journal program enables you track your progress on a weekly basis and set new goals .
The Cardio Self Defense approach is that one has to measure there efforts to maintain a "road map" for success. Unlike typical aerobic classes Cardio Self-Defense pushes you to measure your progress weekly, helping make you more accountable to achieving the goals you have chosen.
