Cardio Self-Defense   is a "Total Body Bootcamp" workout inspired by proven methods of high intensity interval and core body training that is the backbone of fighters, athletes, police and military. The CSD twelve week program emphasizes cardio and strength conditioning with self-defense tactics called the "Tool Box".

Cardio Self-Defense "Tool Box" teaches you how to Box, Kick, Use Elbows, Knees, and Defense techniques reinforced with a fat burning intensity . CSD combines our "Tool Box" with Strength and Tone circuit training   tracked weekly by our "SMART" journal system. The CSD "SMART" journal program enables you track your progress on a weekly basis and set new goals . 

The Cardio Self Defense  approach is that one has to measure there efforts to maintain a "road map" for success. Unlike typical aerobic classes Cardio Self-Defense pushes you to measure your progress weekly, helping make you more accountable to achieving the goals you have chosen. We believe by tracking the progress to your time and effort you will develop an increased conditioning and fat loss in an accelerated time frame.
